Hi there! I’m Mar, a non-binary, queer, and neurodivergent therapist based in the Seattle area. My goal as a therapist is to collaborate with you to create the life you want for yourself. I am committed to providing strong, evidenced-based treatments to help you foster self-acceptance, create change, and tackle the challenges that you are faced with.
